Import Fees & Taxes

Canadian orders are subject to applicable GST/HST and provincial sales taxes, which are calculated at checkout where required.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees or customs charges upon arrival in the destination country. Any charges not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are determined by local authorities and are outside of our control.

Returns

We hope you love the piece you choose. If it isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused and in its original condition, with all original packaging included. Items showing signs of wear, alteration or damage after delivery cannot be accepted.

To begin a return, please contact us at hello@forijandfyorr.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for the return. If your return is eligible, we’ll send you instructions for sending it back to us.

Please do not send an item back before contacting us, as returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Final Sale Items

For hygiene reasons and because of the nature of certain pieces, some items cannot be returned. The following are final sale:

• Earrings
• Custom or personalized pieces
• Gift cards
• Sale and promotional items
• Any other item identified as final sale on its product page

Final sale does not affect our responsibility if an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.

How to Return an Item

To start a return, email us at {email} with your order number and the reason for the return. If your item is eligible, we’ll send you instructions.

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted. Please make sure you follow all return guidelines before sending your item back.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, since Forij & Fyorr can’t guarantee we’ll receive returned items.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your piece has been damaged in transit, has a manufacturing defect or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@forijandfyorr.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where possible.

We’ll work with you to make it right and will provide instructions for repair, replacement or another appropriate resolution.

Our pieces are often made by hand using natural and individually variable materials. Differences in botanical colour, shape and texture, or natural variations in materials such as concrete and diamond dust, are part of the character of each piece and are not considered defects.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning eligible items unless the return is the result of an error on our part or an item arrived damaged or defective.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your tracking information until your return has been completed. We cannot issue a refund for a return we do not receive.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we’ll inspect it and let you know whether it has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear after it has been processed, depending on your financial institution.

If a returned item does not meet the eligibility requirements above, we may be unable to issue a refund and will contact you about returning the item to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different piece, colour, size or style, you can return an eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

If you received an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please follow the instructions above rather than beginning a standard return.

Gifts

If an order was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, an eligible return may be issued as store credit.

If the order was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, any approved refund will be returned to the original purchaser’s payment method.

Natural Variation

Many Forij & Fyorr pieces are created in small batches using natural materials. Real botanicals vary in colour, shape and texture, and materials such as concrete and diamond dust can differ subtly from piece to piece.

These variations are intentional characteristics of the materials we work with and mean that your piece may not be identical to the one photographed. We encourage you to review product photographs, descriptions and material information before ordering.
